Heya Renny! I tried to do a video reply to the comment but am having trouble so here's my answer in text:

I researched your question because I didn't know off the top of my head. And I still don't really know. Click through rates (CTR) do play a factor on the paid side of the search engines certainly. But whether or not CTR is a factor on the organic side is a big question mark.

It stands to reason that it would make a difference. But for now I'll have to chalk it up to that gray area of "Google's secret algorithm".

Hi Chris, I'm here from my friend miguelstil's SU (good to know that word of mouth works too I guess :-) )

This was very interesting and educative. I knew blogs was powerful, but didn't know pingback where that powerful. However, I've noticed that more than 50% of my daily visitors comes from Google Search or image search (G Analytics tells me all about that) and I've learned that the posts subject and the first 160 letters should include important key words.

One question if I may?
Is it also so that Google's 'attention' increase if your blog post occur on a search and people click on it?

Truth is I don't know who recorded the track I'm using for the theme song. I have a friend who is in radio and I asked her to send me a podcast safe track with some jazzy saxophone. I'll ask her if there is any artist info on the track. But I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. :)
