Sometimes our mind sees things it expects rather than what's really there. Having a fresh pair of eyes take a look can sometimes make all the difference. For the most part, everything worked (except our spam filter). I went over it so much, thinking this had to be easy. And I couldn't see it. Last ditch effort, I asked a consultant I had in if he could take a look. Problem solved in five minutes (after weeks of not being able to see it) by fixing a simply typo. Tiny problem, big frustration! And when we solved it, what a relief! Sometimes it works to step away from the problem, too (like in my case!).
